Payment Options
Payments are required at the time of service. For treatment plans, we aim to support your investment in dental health by outlining your payment options during your treatment conference appointment when we discuss your treatment recommendations. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and patient financing is available through Care Credit and Cherry. Dental Benefits
As a courtesy, we will bill your dental insurance company. However, please note that we are not the primary provider for any insurance plan, and claims will be filed through your out-of-network benefits. Most insurance plans will send payment directly to you by check within 30-90 days after the claim is submitted. We do not submit claims to medical, state insurance plans or discount plans. While we work with many different insurance companies and strive to provide coverage information available, most insurance companies will not provide fees until after treatment is completed. You are responsible for knowing your insurance benefits and for the fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Upon request, we can submit a claim to predetermine your insurance benefits, although this is not required by most plans. We will make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care while working to utilize your dental benefits for covered procedures. Please note that dental benefits are limited and often only cover a portion of the procedures that may be needed. To expedite reimbursement, please bring your dental insurance information to your first office visit.
